For client projects: Upon full payment, ownership of the website and design is completely transferred to the client.

Our standard payment policy:
- Deposit: Clients pay 50% upfront after approving the Demo and signing the contract. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due immediately upon website handover and training.
5. Limitation of Liability
LUCRESSA LTD (Krant Studio) shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services (e.g., business interruption caused by third-party faults like Google or Hosting providers). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.
